West Harlem Empowerment Coalition is an alliance consisting of Community Leaders, Non-Profit organizations, Clergy, Professionals, Local Businesses, City Agencies and Concerned Citizens.  Anyone is welcome so long as they are invested in and serving the West Harlem community and offering free or low-cost options for their services. 

You may not sell products or services at the fairs but if you have low-cost options for your services you are welcome to give information and sign people up at your table!
